Executive Coaching that rewires how you lead

Most leadership programmes hand you frameworks. We sit beside you in the complexity — and help you think differently about the decisions that actually matter. Based in the Northern Territory, working with senior leaders across Australia.

How the engagement unfolds

1. Clarity call

A 30-minute confidential conversation where we map your current leadership terrain — what is working, what is not, and what keeps circling back. No obligation, no sales pitch. We both decide if the fit is right.

2. Diagnostic deep-dive

Using a blend of psychometric instruments, 360-degree stakeholder interviews and your own reflective journal, we build a clear picture of your leadership signature and the friction points limiting your impact.

3. Structured coaching arc

Over six to twelve months, we meet fortnightly for 75-minute sessions — in person where possible, or via secure video. Each session has a defined focus, yet remains responsive to the live challenges you carry into the room.

4. Integration and review

At the midpoint and close of the engagement, we measure progress against the original diagnostic, recalibrate goals, and create a self-sustaining leadership practice you can maintain independently.

What we offer

One-on-one executive coaching

Designed for CEOs, general managers and directors who need a thinking partner outside their organisation. Sessions focus on strategic decision-making, stakeholder influence, and personal resilience under sustained pressure. We work with the real dilemmas on your desk, not hypothetical case studies.

Leadership team alignment

When an executive team is technically capable but strategically fragmented, the organisation drifts. Our facilitated alignment programme brings your top team into a shared operating rhythm — clarifying roles, surfacing unspoken tensions, and building collective accountability for enterprise-level outcomes.

Transition and onboarding coaching

The first 100 days in a new senior role determine your trajectory. We accelerate onboarding by helping newly appointed leaders read the political landscape, build early alliances, and establish credibility without missteps. Particularly effective for leaders relocating to regional or remote Australian contexts.

Leadership shifts we have supported

Chief operating officer — resources sector

After 18 months of reactive firefighting, this leader was considering resignation. Through a nine-month coaching engagement, she redesigned her operating cadence, delegated three layers of decision authority, and reclaimed strategic focus. Twelve months later, her division posted its highest productivity quarter on record.

Deputy secretary — state government

Tasked with leading a politically sensitive restructure, he needed to manage upwards, sideways and downwards simultaneously. Our coaching helped him develop a stakeholder mapping discipline and a communication rhythm that kept the minister confident and the workforce engaged through a difficult transition.

Founder and managing director — health-tech startup

Scaling from 15 to 80 staff in two years exposed gaps in her leadership repertoire. Coaching focused on shifting from founder-hero to systems-builder — installing governance, hiring her replacement in operations, and learning to lead through others rather than doing everything herself.

Regional general manager — agribusiness

Relocated from Sydney to a remote Northern Territory operation, he struggled with cultural adjustment and a workforce sceptical of outsiders. Our engagement centred on deep listening, community relationship-building, and reframing his leadership identity beyond corporate polish.

Questions leaders often ask

How is executive coaching different from mentoring or consulting?
A mentor shares their experience; a consultant delivers answers. A coach helps you access your own thinking at a higher level. We do not tell you what to do — we help you see what you are not seeing, challenge your assumptions, and develop your capacity to navigate complexity independently.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Engagements range from $12,000 to $45,000 plus GST depending on duration, intensity and whether we include psychometric assessment and stakeholder interviews. We provide a detailed proposal after the clarity call so there are no surprises.
Can sessions happen remotely?
Yes. While we prefer at least some face-to-face sessions, most of our engagements blend in-person and video. We work with leaders in capital cities, regional towns and remote sites across Australia. Time-zone flexibility is standard.
How do you measure coaching effectiveness?
We use a combination of self-assessment scales, stakeholder perception surveys at baseline and close, and agreed behavioural indicators tied to your organisational KPIs. You and your sponsor receive a confidential progress report at the midpoint.
Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. The content of coaching sessions is confidential to you. Where an organisation sponsors the engagement, we agree upfront on what summary themes — never specifics — may be shared with the sponsor. This boundary is non-negotiable.
